The Isle of Man Family History (IOMFHS) is based at The Library, iMuseum, Kingswood Grove, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 3AS.
Anyone is entitled to use the free library and resources section of the website, subject to these Terms, but users are required to be members of the society before accessing the member’s only section. Details will be provided on joining.
These Terms apply to all users.
These Terms are effective from 8 September 2024 and may be amended from time to time.
For what purposes is personal data collected?
The IOMFHS will collect and process your personal information for the following purposes:
When you visit IOMFHS websites, we will log search activity for each user and use this information retrospectively to detect misuse of accounts, for example, multiple logins and unusual volume of searches.
